Our manufacturing facility is equipped with multiple automated loading CNC lines allowing us to service high volume projects and commercial works at a very efficient turn around. Currently our factory can machine up to 800 sheets per working week of board material - (26 tonne of output), and to secure further growth we have already paved the way to expand on this manufacturing a further 60% - (14 tonne p/w) as we progress into the future of our industry and service the demand.

As a result of this efficiency - from the time order is placed, there is no further engagement necessary until the job is collected.
Integrated Production Application
Every operating station is synchronised on the one network so no matter where we are in the building, we have access to the movements of each job at any time. To compliment this we have applied an integrated application in our manufacturing that allows us to notify our clients as to where in production their order is followed by a final notification once ready for collection.

All our flat packs come completely pre-drilled to whatever specs is needed for the project – labeled parts with part number, cabinet numbers and most importantly, Mortise and Tenon type construction providing you with a strong cabinet construction and can be put together quick and easy.
Assembly Instructions can be supplied with the finished product indicating all parts that are needed for the assembly of each cabinet.
